My client was in the left lane about to enter the left turning lane. My client was at a complete stop when a negligent driver drove straight through the center turn lane, over double yellow lines, and sideswiped the front end of my client’s vehicle and pushed my client into another vehicle. My client was wearing her seatbelt and she was jerked around in her car due to the impacts.
My client was nervous, she was in pain, and her new car was wrecked when she called me. She had never been involved in an auto collision before, and she had no idea what to do.
Immediately after she hired me, I had her car in a trusted body shop being repaired, and I sent her to one of the best chiropractors in the Valley to receive treatment with no upfront cost to her. She didn’t have to deal with the insurance companies. All she had to do was focus on recovering from her injuries. I took care of the rest.
The negligent driver attempted to lie to her own insurance company about the collision and attempted to blame my client. The negligent driver even had the audacity to hire a lawyer to pursue a personal injury claim against my client.
I quickly conducted an investigation into the facts of the collision and contacted the at-fault driver’s insurance company as well as the negligent driver’s attorney with my findings. The insurance company accepted liability and the negligent driver’s attorney dropped the case, shortly after.
Thankfully, my client made a full recovery after treating with her chiropractor. My client's car was repaired within a few days after the accident, and it looked like new. Ultimately, we settled with the at-fault driver's insurance company for $10,000. My client was extremely pleased with the result.
