Mr. Herrera graduated from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in History. Following his life long dream to become an attorney, he then attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego and graduated Magna Cum Laude, in the top 6% of his class, with a Juris Doctorate degree.
While at Thomas Jefferson, Mr. Herrera interned at the San Diego Alternate Public Defender’s Office and also clerked for Justice Terry O’Rourke of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division One.
Upon finishing law school and obtaining his license to practice law in California, Mr. Herrera returned back home to Los Angeles and opened up his personal injury practice in downtown Los Angeles. Since opening his practice, Mr. Herrera has taken cases to trial and won. He has also recovered over $1,000,000 for his clients.
Mr. Herrera has successfully represented clients in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, food poisoning, allergic reactions to food, foreign objects in food, dog bites, slip and falls, trip and falls, and other types of personal injury cases.
Mr. Herrera is a proud member of the plaintiff’s trial bar in Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the plaintiff’s trial bar in California, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the largest Latinx bar in the country, the Mexican American Bar Association.
Mr. Herrera is committed to providing the highest quality legal representation to his clients. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California.
Mr. Herrera is a fluent Spanish speaker.
